Sure Start
We have developed an Early Steps Pack, which has been especially designed for Sure Starts, Child Information Centres and Early Years organisations, to help in their work supporting families who live in the most deprived areas. The material has been developed for parents with reading difficulties or for whom English is not their first language, to use with their children. However, it is just as useful for any practitioner, working with young children and their families who are most at risk.
The Video is also a valuable tool for all professionals to help engage parents/carers and children groups with fun animation of the child and balloon characters.
