I have sent off the Registration Form. When will I get the first book?
- Within
28 days - normally much sooner.

What if one of the books doesn't arrive?
- Just
phone us on 0870 010 4440. We we'll check the problem and will normally send
another book straight away.

What happens if we move home?
- Let
us know your new address as soon as possible - please phone, email or write to
us with the details and we will send future books to your new address.

I was sent information about the Club in a yellow envelope with my child's
name on. How did you get my child's details?
- You
are living in one of the 'participating' areas where the Local Authorities
support the Club. The yellow envelope was your child's personal invitation
to join and was sent directly by your local health authority. Nobody else has
seen your child's details.

If I register my child, will you pass my child's details to other companies?
- No.
We are registered under the Data Protection Act, which means that we are not
allowed to give any details about an individual, unless they have given us their
express permission to do so. Your information is stored purely for membership
purposes.

My child is 5 years old but has learning difficulties. Can they still become
a member?
- Yes,
we can, in this case we send you all the six books together, so that you decide
on the best pace for your child's needs and work through them all as you
feel appropriate. However, if your child receives free membership, we may have
to get authority first.

Why can we not have all the books sent together, rather than one every 3 months?
- The
topics get slightly more complex with each book, to follow young children's
needs and understanding. Also, research and our experiences have proved that
children love receiving their books through the post. Sending them every 3 months
keeps children's interest alive.
