Your Questions
Here are some of the questions members often ask us. There are also some more general questions and answers in the About the Club section that you may find interesting. If you can't find the answer to your question in either section, please Contact Us.
 - We have moved home recently but I forgot to let you know. Will my child miss one of the books?
 - If any books have gone astray, we will replace them so that your child does not miss out. But please, let us know as soon as possible if you are about to move house.
- We live in an area where the Club is free for members. My child has already received 2 books. Now, we will be moving to another area that does not provide the same facility. Will you stop sending the books? Do we have to pay?
- We will continue sending you all the books free of charge. As long as the child lives in a participating area when they are 3, they qualify for a free membership, (which includes all 6 books).
- My child is very keen on the competitions you run for members. How can I find out if he has won anything?
- If your child has won in a competition, we will let you know in writing and send you your child's prize. We also publish winning entries on this website. Click here to see Recent Winning Entries.
- I also have a younger child - he is 2 now. Can I register him in the Club or should I use the same books with him?
- If you still live in a participating area, you will get a separate invitation for each child, around their third birthday. We do not register children at 2 years of age, as they are too young to understand the messages effectively. He can still benefit though by following what you and your older child say when working through the material. Then, when his turn comes to become a member, he will be quite ready.
- Why don't you send parents information about all the other Traffic Club things they can get from your Fun Collection?
- These extra items are not part of the membership material and parents have to pay to get them (at reduced prices for members). We do not send out information to parents where local authorities provide free membership to children, to avoid any misunderstandings. Parents can choose items from this web site and order directly from The Children's Traffic Club. See the Fun Collection section for details.
