How to Join
If you live in the UK
The Children's Traffic Club usually works in partnership with Local and Health Authorities. Many provide Club membership free of charge to all 3 year olds in their catchment area.
- Check with us to see if you live in a 'participating' area of the UK and are entitled to
free membership
- if you are, you will automatically get an invitation to join from your Local Health
Authority around your child's third birthday.
- If you do not live in a participating area, we will send you an invitation pack.

Look out for the bright yellow envelope!
- when it arrives, just fill in the registration form and post it back using the freepost envelope
provided. It's that simple!
- Once your child is registered, we will send the first book pack and certificate.
- the rest of the books will be sent out automatically, one every three months.
- but remember to let us know if you move!
If you live outside the UK
You can still register your child – please Contact Us for details.
